Fee Policies
Entry and Registration
Fees
The non-refundable Entry Fee for the MotorIoway 500 will
be $50 and the Registration Fee will be $200 for a total fee
of $250. The non-refundable Entry Fee for the MotorIoway 1000
will be $100 and the Registration Fee will be $250 for a total
fee of $350. Payment of the Entry Fee will guarantee participation
in the respective tour(s), subject only to review of the eligibility
of the vehicle; i.e., pre-1982 vintage, "street legal"
and insured.
Discounts
Participants may receive
a discount based upon prior participation:
- Previous MotorIoway
1000 participants will receive a $10 discount for each prior
1000 tour in which they have participated to a maximum total
of $50. The same policy applies to the MotorIoway 500. Discounts
earned by participating in the 1000 cannot be applied to the
500, or vice versa; nor can discounts be combined.
Payments
- Registration Fee covers
driver and co-driver (or one riding passenger).
Auxiliary crew fee is $50 per person.
- Registration confirmation
of vehicle/participant information for the MotorIoway
500 will be sent within 3 weeks after submission of application.
- You will receive a bill
for balance due April or early May.
- Balance is due within
30 days of receipt of your bill.
- Registration confirmation
of vehicle/participant information for the MotorIoway
1000 will be sent within 3 weeks after submission of application.
- You will receive a bill
for balance due around June 1. Payment is due in 30 days.
- A $25 Vehicle Change Fee
will be assessed if a change is made within 30 days of the tour
Cancellation Refunds
- A 100% refund of the Registration
Fee will be made if requested at least 30 days prior to the tour.
- A 50% refund of the Registration
Fee will be made if requested less than 30 days prior to the
tour.
